Never used Iomega but I am a satisfied customer from this buy. Installation took a few seconds and was ready to use. Will have a hard time filling up this drive. Wont have to worry about which files to delete again. None of my hard drives ever failed but I bought this in case as the current storage is getting old.

No complaints here but the drive can get quite warm after operation(1tb model). I wished it didnt require external power but I guess thats whats required to have cheap, huge storage(this cost me 89.99)(the WD 1TB 2.5" drive is 179.99 !!)

Anyway, excellent buy, recommend to anyone.
