We invite you to our February General Body Meeting and After-Meeting Social on Thursday, February 10, 2011!

Doors will open at 6:00 pm where there will be an opportunity for networking with others.

First in the series is Black Boston Politics 101. We'll cover the history of the civil rights movement that lead to integration - particularly busing - and its immediate impact. Our goal with this interactive session is to explore the role of the black voice in Boston's political scene - then and now - as we prepare to host the National Urban League conference this summer.

We're looking forward to your participation as we EDUCATE. ENGAGE EMPOWER our community.

AFTER-MEETING SOCIAL:
Following the general body meeting, we are headed to Boston Bowl for food, fun, and socializing! Boston Bowl is located at 820 Morrisey Blvd, Boston, MA 02122.
