The title, "Obamanologues," is the intersection of two words: Obama and monologues. Obamanologues is neither pro-democrat nor pro-republican; it’s pro-theatre!


This play is a theatrical production made-up of a series of passionate monologues representing memorable moments from Barack Obama's journey to the White House. Eleven diverse characters – from different political and social backgrounds – present their divergent viewpoin...ts in a spirited monologue fashion.

Time Sunday, September 26 at 2:00pm - November 21 at 6:00pm

The monologues are connected through chronology -- beginning with the 2004 Democratic National Convention Conference and ending with the Obama Administration's first 100 days in office.

The play is written and directed by Mr. Rickie Peete. Obamanologues initially premiered in Washington, DC, and is now making its West Coast debut in North Hollywood, CA at the Actors Workout Studio.
