Here is an example of a person from Chicago using a Mac computer looking for the play "Friends with Benefits" that is running tonight for one night only- notice their are 5.9 million search results, BFHS sits in the #2 spot, but guess what, we have the old event from February because the marketing people that are running the play- don't know exactly what they are doing- and are missing opportunities- what they should have done, is googled their play in several different ways and reached out to the top 10 that have it listed on their site- and given updates to the new time and date- not saying that they missed out on money- but what if once they got to BFHS or another site- and found something else to do tonight- What would I do after finding out on this possible missed opportunity- fire the entire marketing department or bring me in to teach them how to take advantage of for the most part free opportunities to market your event. (don't let this happen to you- it is worth bring BFHS to consult with you staff) we only charge $130/hr if you are charging 25 bucks a head -that eqates to 5.2 missed butts in seats!

and if you go to the site http://blackfolkhotspots.com you will notice that "Friends with benefits" play garnered 5.9% of all traffic today- which is alot since people hitting the main page 55.87% today. what that is saying is that if they would been featured on the main page- not only could they capture the eyeballs of traffic coming to the page- that might not have been looking for them, but also the eyeballs of people that actually were- which could equate to their event being seen by 61.77% of todays traffic- how many could they convert to paying customers- how much is that worth. you can see today traffic %'s on the right side bar!

a perfect example is the event that happens at Krush in Chicago- they understand this principle- they are still getting traffic, calls, emails to book birthday parties -the last time I talked with event promoters, they were still booking 4-5 birthday parties a week, and we placed the event last April- that is April 2009 and this is July of 2010 call the promoter, his number is listed as well as his email- now if you continue to question how powerful BFHS is, I don't know what to tell you!
