I know how troubling it can be sometimes when you are traveling through a major city in the united states and you run out of Black Music, not saying that country or rock music is bad- but I still need some R & B, Hip Hop or Rap to keep me awake- I know, I know,  just about everyone has a CD Player or a MP3 player- but at the same time- applications like I heart Radio would not be worth squat if people didn't still listen to the radio. Today I polled the fans of Black Folk Hot Spots to find out the hottest Radio Station in their town and this is what they said...

In the order they came in... Here was the question as well -If someone asked you what the best radio station is in your town- what station would you say and what city... thanks(feel free to post your pick in the comment section and I will add it to the list)

1. Eric- I'm in Miami, but the BEST radio towns are in North Carolina, where ALL those colleges are. ANYWHERE in the kakkalakkas!

2. Chanel- I'm in VA beach area..hot 91.1 is da banger and it is a college station as well

3. Marie- Chicago, Soul 106.3.

4. Eric- by the way, in Miami, it's the pirate stations. and there is NO shortage of them.

5. Xavia- Hmmm...I'll have to try 106.3, but right now I like Power 103...it's got Doug Banks & Steve Harvey and a nice mix of R&B and Ole Skool.....Oh, I'm in Chi-town.

6. Walter- In Atlanta and i will say 103.3

7. Latishia- I'm in Chicago and 106.3 is the best station here. Tom Joyner in the morning and Michael Baisden in the afternoon! It's not the constant repeat of the same 10 songs like 107.5 WGCI or 102.7 V103.

8. Black Folk Hot Spots Eric- so what about Miami?

9. Xavia- Hmmmm...I really have to find this radio station of which you speak about in the Chi...lol.  I'm new... :-)

10. Charles- in Louisville it's 104.3

11. Leslie- I'm in Suffolk VA and that station would be 95.7 R&B Home of the Steve Harvey Morning Show!!!! Shout out to Cocoa Butter, Theressa Brown and Charles Black!!! Kudos!!!!!!!!!!!

12. Charles- When I'm at my hometown it's 107.5 wgc and triple dot that I like I punched it!

13. David- All off them suck here in the CHI Ryan . They all play the same 10-12 songs SMH

These are the Top Shows in the Morning across the country!

14. Karolen- WGPR, 107.5, Mason Radio, Detroit, MI or Tom Joyner IDK the station.

15. Anita- V103 106.2 Doug Banks Chicago, IL

16. Rose- K. M. O. J.......89.9.....''THE PEOPLE'S STATION''........NORTHSIDE!!!
MINNEAPOLIS, MINNESOTA................

17. Kristie- o my bad that wpwx 92.3fm tom joyner, trey da choklit jok, shawn knight, sam sylk, tone and shagg, um dj phariss , ozman ....hell i keep it on lock.....lol

18. Kristie- Tom Joyner Morning Show
Monday - Friday: 5am - 9am
Sunday: 2pm - 4pm
