So how does this all work? Once you have submitted the form and confirmed your subscription to our mailing list, we will email you a summary of your order, instructions on how to submit your artwork/logo/content and a link for payment. After receiving payment, we will email you a proof of the final design within 48hrs and process it immediately upon receiving your approval or the expiration of 24hrs, whichever comes first. The turn around time following your approval is 7-10 business days. You may cancel or modify your order, upon request, if the approval period has not expired. There are no cancellations or refunds on any orders that include FOB custom or modified designs or any order that has been processed for printing. We reserve the right to limit or refuse orders of free service and/or products at any time, for any reason, without notice.
