Walking for Dreams 2010

Marion County Commission on Youth is an organization with the mission to champion the positive develoopment of youth and to set a high standard for improving and expanding the quality of youth opportunities in central Indiana. We accomplish this goal by serving as an advocate, capacity builder, convener and resource provider for our communities (for more information please check out our website at www.mccoyouth.org). In order to raise funds to support our organization we are participating in the "Walking For Dreams 2010".


The event Walking For Dreams 2010 is an annual 5K Family and Pet Walk. The Website to register for our team is www.walkingfordreams.org. Once on the website, you go to the REGISTER icon on the left sidebar menu. After reading and agreeing to the waiver, join my team (MCCOY) and follow the directions. Remember to select MCCOY as the team. If you"re making a donation and not walking, then you can click on the MAKE A DONATION icon and follow the directiions. Donations can be as small as $10 or as large as $100+. Any walker that raises $100+ will receive a T-SHIRT. All remaining event information (parking, etc) can be found under the EVENT INFORMATION icon.
