Experience a one night encounter with music sensation, Mali Music. With a sound that is truly his own and lyrics with a relevancy that impacts minds and souls alike, Mali brings a fresh fire to Hampton Roads. On Friday April 30, 2010 a live DVD recording will take place at the Wave Church in Virginia Beach, VA featuring the unique sounds of Mali Music; along with gospel extraordinaire Tye Tribbett, Jessica Reedy (Sunday Best-runner up) and many other great artists.

The two-day festivities will continue on Saturday May 1, 2010 at 6pm with a bonus “Unplugged” concert held at Freedom Fellowship in Virginia Beach, VA. Saturday’s event will also feature Mali Music along with Laura Wilson, Alex Holt and Free Worship, Jo Rozier, Jarmel Evans and Worship Forever, Andre Jones and Sacred Assembly and a host of other artists. There is free admission to the "Unplugged" concert for those who have their souvenir booklets from the Live DVD Recording. General admission will be a donation of $5 at the door.

This Mali Music weekend is one that promises to minister to all in attendance; from those suffering with personal heartbreak to the individuals seeking the very heart of God for themselves. Mali’s passion is to turn the hearts of others to a more intimate relationship with the Lord through music. This is not just another concert, and Mali isn’t your cookie cutter gospel artist. As a singer/songwriter/producer, Mali has been performing since he was five and acknowledges that it is the Spirit inside that propels him. “The boldness of the Apostles, the faith of the prophets, and the undeniable truth of the Word of God fuels me,” he humbly proclaims. “It’s what keeps me going.”
