#NWI #Gary: Male cooks sought for Urban League event Nov. 21 in #Gary

GARY The Urban League of Northwest Indiana, Inc., GUILD is looking for Northwest Indiana men willing to share their culinary talents in an afternoon of giving back to the community.

They are needed for the 18th annual Macho Cuisine event from noon to 3 p.m. Nov. 21 at the Baber Youth Center, 2001 Massachusetts St. in Gary. Tickets are $10 and available at the Urban League office at 3101 Broadway or at the door the day of the event.

Deadline to register is Nov. 6. Men interested in participating and competing for the title of Best Macho Chef are encouraged to call the GUILD at (219) 887-9622 BY TIMES STAFF
