What suggestions would you make to School Board concerning RHS...should it be rebuilt, should it be renovated, should they close it up completely...

I mean the school board claims low attendance in having to close some schools...could they be the blame for lack of educational tools and innovation that pushed parents to move out of the district...because I know it is one of the main factors in deciding where to live...the school district or school you child will attend.
